Prosperity Education Ltd was incorporated in 2016 as a small digital publishing company based in central Cambridge. With a combined 30 years' digital publishing experience and English language teaching practice amongst its members, the company is well positioned to deliver high-functioning educational software applications and books in response to a clear demand from candidates of English language exams everywhere.

The terms “FCE Academy”, "CAE Academy", "PROSPERITY EDUCATION" or “us” or “we” refer to the owner of the website whose registered office is Sherlock Close, Cambridge, CB3 0HP, United Kingdom. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

What we collect
Prosperity Education Limited will be what’s known as the “Controller” of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you which does not include any special categories of personal information about you (known as Special Category Data). This does however include:

other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
We provide a thirty (30) day "no quibble" cancellation and refund policy. This means that you can return products you purchased from us (at your cost) in their original condition within 30 days from the date of our invoice and we will refund you the price you paid for such Products.
Please note that this "no quibble" cancellation and refund does not apply to digital Products.
Our "no quibble" cancellation and refund policy is in addition to any statutory and/or legal right(s) which you may have to cancel a Contract and to obtain a refund.
