You may see the 'Install blocked' message (on the left) when you download FCE Academy onto your Android phone.
To fix this:
Go to your System Settings (look for the cog icon) and go to Security. Check the Unknown Sources option as shown on the right. This allows you to install apps without needing to go to Google Play.
Then try the installation again.
